The Senior Tax Analyst will be responsible for managing tax compliance and tax incentive reporting for Singapore, as well as overseeing APAC tax provisions, transfer pricing, tax audits, and other tax controllership initiatives. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.Responsibilities: Manage Singapore tax compliance, including preparing and filing tax returns, reviewing tax assessments and responding to tax queries from the authorities.Manage tax incentive reporting for Singapore, including identifying and documenting tax incentives, preparing applications and coordinating with the relevant authorities.Oversee APAC tax provisions, including ensuring timely and accurate tax reporting and compliance with local tax regulations.Manage transfer pricing documentation and analysis for APAC entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and the company's global transfer pricing policies.Manage tax audits and other tax controllership initiatives in APAC, including coordinating with external advisors and internal stakeholders.Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position in the region.Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on tax matters, including M&A activities, intercompany transactions, and other business initiatives.Stay up-to-date on changes to tax laws and regulations in Singapore and APAC, and assess the impact on the company's tax position.
